The SS-R250N is a professional audio recorder designed for studio and broadcast applications. It allows the recording and playback of audio files in WAV or MP3 format, as well as remote file management via a LAN or WiFi network.

The device has two micro XLR inputs with switchable phantom power supply at the line level and two RCA stereo line inputs, as well as a headphone output and XLR symmetrical line outputs. It is also equipped with a USB port for reading and recording files from an external hard drive or USB drive. The SS-R250N offers a wide range of features such as loop playback, random playback, continuous playback and scheduled playback. A location is available at the back of the device to insert the extension card IF-DA2 optional and thus offer a Dante interface for the transfer of signals via this protocol to compatible equipment.
