Availability of articles
Before purchasing items that interest you, we invite you to check their availability. This entry can be found on the product page under the button "Add to cart".
On our online shop, the availability of items is indicated according to four separate mentions:
- In stock : Items marked "In stock" are immediately available and will be delivered within the time limits indicated next to "In stock".
- Last items in stock: Items marked "Last items in stock" are available in limited quantities. If you are planning to purchase a large quantity of these items, please contact us to check availability.
- On order: Items marked "On order" are currently not available. You can pre-order them to guarantee their availability on the next arrival. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery times.
- Out of stock : Items marked "Out of stock" are not available and cannot be pre-ordered for various reasons: known restocking problems, long-term availability delays, temporary shutdown of production... In this case we invite you to contact us in order to bring you more information or redirect you to an equivalent reference.
When a product you are interested in is out of stock but you do not want to pre-order it, you can use the email information field "Notify me when available" which is on the right side of the product sheet. In this way, once the product is restocked, an email will automatically be sent to you informing you of the availability of the product.Shipping
In order to offer an ever faster service, we seize the orders immediately upon confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and holidays) You are automatically informed of his progress by email and on your customer account.Once the order has been placed on our online store, shipping times may vary between 1 to 3 days, depending on the quantity of items in your order, its volume, the mode of transport selected, and the period you made your purchase.
N.B: For payments by bank transfer issue: the order is entered, processed and dispatched only upon receipt of the corresponding transfer amount. The proof of transfer provided by email will not speed up the processing procedure.In case of stock shortage, our customer service team will contact you to notify you of the resupply time if it is known.
You will then have the choice to maintain your order and wait for the restocking of the product(s), choose an equivalent reference or cancel your order.If an exceptional situation or unforeseen situation implies a delay in the preparation of your order, our team will inform you immediately to propose solutions.
Delivery
If you opt for the delivery of your order (Metropolitan France and Corsica):
The shipping costs are offered for any order for an amount equal to or greater than 99€ VAT, with the exception of dance mat rolls, carpet rolls, practicals and the structure exceeding the standard carrier standards. In these specific cases, a tariff supplement of 60€ TTC will be applied and added to your cart before making the purchase.
If the order minimum is not reached to enjoy the offered shipping costs, an amount of 12€ incl. tax will be added to your cart.
The delivery will be made at the address indicated in the box "Your delivery address". Be sure to correctly enter the information in the necessary fields and detail any additional information useful for the smooth delivery. Society DISTRI SCENES will not be liable in case of unsuccessful delivery due to an error of entry on your part. Please also note that adding a mobile phone number is essential for delivery via the "Predict" DPD service, which informs you of delivery slots by SMS, in addition to providing a contactless personal delivery code to communicate in the presence of the delivery person.
In case you want to take advantage of the availability or offer on a product but you are not available for delivery and withdrawal to our premises is impossible, you can choose to postpone delivery of your order to later. Simply let us know in a message related to your order.
We offer delivery in France via the following modes of transport: - DPD Predict 24h - 72h (for individuals): You are notified by SMS of the support of your parcel, the date and delivery slots. You have a wide choice of reprogramming in case of absence.
- DPD Pickup relay 24h - 72h: DPD relay point delivery from more than 10500 stores, at the address of your choice, near your default delivery address or current location.
- Large packages 4 - 6 days: delivery of "heavy" packages, out of size, or on pallet. You are contacted by the carrier (usually KUEHNE+NAGEL) via a link communicated by SMS to agree on a rdv on the day of delivery.
- Exceptionally, we may call on other carriers in cases where packages are not shipped directly from our premises. In this case it can be: Chronopost, Colissimo, TNT, Geodis, Schenker, UPS, France Express, GLS.
Upon receipt of the goods
During delivery, you are strongly advised to check the condition of cartons and packaging and open them in the presence of the delivery person. If you have any doubts, consider that the packaging has traces of deterioration, or if you notice any direct damage, we ask you to send the necessary reservations to the delivery person with the mention ‘packages damaged » on the carrier's voucher. If the equipment proves to be damaged, you are asked to send a registered mail with acknowledgement to the carrier within 48 hours.
Any package accepted without reservation in the presence of the carrier shall be considered in perfect condition. The indication "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and does not establish that the damage was present at the time of delivery.

If you choose to withdraw your order at our premises:
It's free, no minimum order. Simply select "Retirement Distri Scenes" when choosing the delivery method. If they are available, the items in your order will be kept at our premises pending your return. In order to ensure smooth management of our stocks and orders, we ask you to recover your order within a maximum of 1 month.
If they are not available, we will notify you of the availability of the products at our premises. Your order will thus be updated with the mention "material available at DISTRI SCENES You can then withdraw your property at the address below:

If you opt for delivery of your order outside metropolitan France :
Countries included in our delivery perimeter :
EURO 1 : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
EURO 2 : Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic
If you wish to have your order delivered outside metropolitan France, the French territory and the countries listed above, delivery cannot be selected from our online shop. We therefore invite you to write to us at contact@distriscenes.com for editing a tailor-made estimate according to the size of your parcel and the location of your delivery address.
Please note, however, that for a delivery outside France, in case of unpackage or defective equipment delivered, the cost of returning to our premises will be at your charge, as well as the guaranteed resumption of your equipment within the duration of the legal warranty of conformity.
