Shipping


In order to offer an ever faster service, we take orders from the confirmation of payment of these (excluding weekends and holidays) You are automatically informed of its status by email and your customer account.

Once the order is placed on our online store, shipping times may vary between 1 to 3 days, depending on the quantity of items in your order, its volume, and the period you made your purchase.

However, a few rules are applicable to each order:

  • For payments made via the ALMA multi-time financing service, an additional 24 hours is required to record before shipping your order. This period corresponds to the duration during which the payment system can alert us of an anomaly. You will then be immediately informed to check your information and finalize your transaction.
  • For bank transfer regulations: the order is entered, processed and shipped only upon receipt of the corresponding transfer amount. The proof of email transfer will not speed up the processing procedure.

In case of stock shortages, our customer service team will contact you to prevent you from replenishment if it is known.
You will then have the choice to maintain your order and wait for the replenishment of the product(s), choose an equivalent reference or cancel your order. Please note that in the event of an order cancellation paid by ALMA, an amount of 5% of your order will be deducted from the refund.

If an exceptional situation or an unforeseen situation implies a delay in preparing your order, our team will inform you immediately to provide you with solutions.

Delivery

If you opt for delivery of your order (France metropolitane and Corsica:

The shipping costs are offered for any order in an amount greater than or equal to €99 (tax incl.), with the exception of rolls of dance mat, carpet and structure exceeding the standards of "standard" carriers. In these specific cases, a rate surcharge of €60 (tax incl.) will be applied and added to your shopping cart before making the purchase.
If the minimum order is not reached to enjoy the shipping costs offered, an amount of €12 will be added to your shopping cart.

The delivery will be made to the address you have entered in the box "Your delivery address". Be sure to properly return the information in the necessary fields and detail any additional information that is useful for the proper delivery. The company DISTRI SCENES will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to an error in seizure of your part. Please also note that the addition of a mobile phone number is essential for a delivery via the "Predict" DPD service, which informs you of SMS delivery slots, in addition to providing a contactless personal delivery code to communicate in the presence of the delivery provider.

In case you want to take advantage of the availability or offer on a product but that you are not available for delivery and that the removal to our premises is impossible, you can choose to postpone the delivery of your order later. Just tell us in a message related to your order.

We offer delivery in France via the following modes of transport:

  • DPD Predict 24h - 72h : you are notified by SMS of the handling of your parcel, date and delivery slots. You have a wide choice of reprogramming in case of absence. A contactless personal delivery code to be communicated in the presence of the delivery service is provided.
  • DPD Classic 24h - 72h : standard delivery
  • DPD Relay pickup 24h - 72h : DPD relay point delivery from more than 8500 shops, to the address of your choice, close to your default delivery address or current position.
  • Henri Ducros 3 - 5 days: delivery of "heavy" packages, out of dimensions, or on pallet. You are contacted by the carrier via a link provided by SMS to agree on a rdv on the day of delivery.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may call on other carriers in cases where parcels are not shipped directly from our premises. This can be done by: Chronopost, Colissimo, TNT, Geodis, Schenker, UPS, France Express, GLS.

Upon receipt of the goods

When shipping, it is highly recommended that you check the condition of the cartons and packagings and open them in the presence of the delivery. If you have any doubt, that you consider that the packaging presents traces of deterioration, or if you see direct damage, we ask you to issue the necessary reservations to the delivery with the mention « package damaged » on the carrier's border. If the material turns out to be damaged, you are asked to send a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier within 48 hours.

Any package accepted without reservation in the presence of the carrier shall be considered in perfect condition. The indication “subject to unpackage” has no legal value and does not allow to establish that the damage was present during delivery.

If you choose to withdraw your order from our premises:

It is free, without a minimum order. Simply select "Retire Distri Scènes" when choosing the delivery mode. If they are available, the items of your order will be kept at our premises until you have just recovered them. In order to ensure good fluidity in the management of our stocks and orders, we ask you to
recover your order within a maximum of 1 month.

If they are not available, we will notify you of the availability of the products upon receipt at our premises. Your order will be updated with the mention "available equipment at home DISTRI SCENES You can then remove your property from the address below:

If you opt for delivery of your order outside Metropolitan France :

EURO 2: Austria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic

If you wish to have your order delivered outside metropolitan France, French territory and the countries listed above, the delivery cannot be selected on our online store. We invite you to write to us at the address contact@distriscenes.com for the editing of a custom quote according to the size of your package and the location of your delivery address.

Please note, however, that for a delivery outside of France, in the event of unpackaged or defective delivered equipment, the costs of returning to our premises will be charged your charge, as well as the warranty recovery of your equipment in the duration of the legal compliance guarantee.
