Warranty

Are excluded from our commercial warranty and manufacturer:

- The consumable stage (adhesive, gaffer, gelatin...)
- Wear products (lampes, bulbs, reading heads, batteries, protective covers...)
- Spare parts (speakers, various components...)
- The dance mat
- Coatings and scenic dressings (moquette, cotton...)

Apart from these exceptions, all the products available for sale to individuals on our online store has a two-year warranty (24 months) at least from the date of delivery.

Some brands may offer an optional warranty extension or the registration of the product on the manufacturer’s website. For example, some products from the EON range JBL are guaranteed 7 years, without necessary step, the final purchase invoice being authentic.
The cables we make custom in our workshops are guaranteed for life.
In the case of a resale of the equipment, the purchaser (second hand) will benefit from the manufacturer’s legal warranty if it is still applicable.

The guarantee does not include:

- Damage resulting from a modification of the device or its opening
- Direct or indirect damage due to misuse of equipment (beyond its technical capabilities) or from an external cause (choc, accident, electrical damage...)

Before any merchandise is returned, it is imperative to contact our services by telephone or email in order to analyze and establish a first observation regarding the breakdown of your equipment. In case the product is defective, a return authorization will be communicated to you as well as instructions for shipping your product to our premises.

Right of withdrawal, reserved for individuals

In accordance with articles L.121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract or the receipt of his article to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to motivate his decision or to bear other costs except for the return costs that remain at his or her expense.

You realize that the product you received does not bring you complete satisfaction.. Damn it! No problem, you have 14 working days from the delivery of your equipment to inform us and tell us about your wish to return. If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

You just need to write us by mail or by mail to tell us the reasons for your choice and tell us if you simply want to return the product or make a reference exchange. You can also use the retracting form available on your customer space, also present in the confirmation email you received following
to your order.

For a better follow-up of your return package, we ask you to provide us by email to the address serviceclient@distriscenes.com the reference of your shipment.

EXCLUSION:

Note that custom-made products (structures, cut cables or welded) or not capable of being claimed for hygienic reasons (hearers, micro-cases, helmets, micros), consumables (adhesive rolls, lamps, bulbs, stage dressing...) software (if license/key activation has been used) and wear parts such as speaker speakers by example, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

In the case of a return for refund:

Once you have received a positive response from us and/or a return agreement, you simply have to put the product and all its accessories in their original packaging, attach your purchase invoice to identify it to our logistics service and protect it all by plastic film or in a suitable cardboard to prevent any damage related to transport.

Please note that the return of the goods is at your own expense, risk and risk.

In the case of a return for exchange:

If the item in your possession is cheaper than the one you want to exchange it, we will send you a payment link for it
settlement of the difference. Upon confirmation of payment, we will provide you with an agreement to return your equipment.
If the article in your possession is more expensive than the one you want to exchange it, we will refund you the difference at reception of
your equipment. Before we make the exchange, we will ask you first
to hand over the product and all its accessories in their original packaging, attach your purchase invoice to identify it with our logistics service and protect it all by plastic film or in a suitable cardboard to prevent
any damage related to transport. The removal of the material at your own expense, risk and risk, we leave you the care to choose the transport company that suits you, or to place the package in your own hands.
Upon receipt of the material, our team will check that it is functional, without aesthetic defects and therefore compliant for the exchange and, if necessary,
prepare the equipment to be returned.
