Warranty

The following are excluded from our commercial and manufacturer guarantee:

- The stage consumable (adhesive, gaffer, gelatins...)
- Wear products (lamps, bulbs, reading heads, batteries, protective covers...)
- Spare parts (speakers, various components...)
- The dance mat
- Scene coatings and dressings (moquette, cotton...)

With the exception of these exceptions, all products available for sale to individuals on our online shop have a two-year (24 months) spare parts and hands warranty at least from the date of delivery.

Some brands may offer an optional warranty extension or registration of the product on the manufacturer's website. For example, some EON products JBL are guaranteed 7 years, without necessary steps, the final purchase invoice is authentic.
The cables that we tailor in our workshops are guaranteed for life.
In the case of a resale of the equipment, the buyer (second hand) will benefit from the manufacturer's legal warranty, if it is still applicable.

The guarantee does not take into account:

- Damage resulting from modification of the apparatus or its opening
- Direct or indirect damage due to improper use of equipment (beyond its technical capabilities) or from external causes (shock, accident, electrical damage...)

Before returning goods, it is imperative to contact our services by phone or email in order to analyze and establish a first observation regarding the breakdown of your equipment. In the event that the product proves to be defective, a return authorization will be communicated to you as well as instructions for shipping your product to our premises.

Right of withdrawal, reserved for individuals

In accordance with articles L.121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract or the receipt of his article to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision or to bear other costs, except the costs of return which remain at his expense.

You realize that the product you received does not give you complete satisfaction.. Damn! No problem, you have a delay of 14 working days from the delivery of your equipment to inform us of this and inform us of your wish to return. If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day.

All you have to do is write to us by e-mail or by post to tell us the reasons for your choice and whether you simply want to return the product to us or make a reference exchange. You can also use the withdrawal form available on your customer space, also present in the confirmation email you received after at your order.

For a better follow-up of your return package, we ask you to provide us by email at customer service@distriscenes.com the reference of your expedition.

EXCLUSION:

Note that custom made products (structures, wires cut or soldered) or which cannot be resold for hygienic reasons (headphones, micro caps, helmets, microphones), consumables (adhesive rollers, lamps, bulbs, stage dressing... software (if license/key) activating has been used) and wear parts such as speakers by are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

In the case of a return produced against a refund:

Once you have received a positive response from us and/or a return agreement, you just need to put the product and all its accessories in their original packaging, attach your purchase invoice to it to identify it with our logistics department and protect it all with plastic film or in a cardboard suitable to prevent any damage related to the transport.

Please note that the return of the goods is at your own expense, risk and risk.

In the case of a return for exchange:

If the item in your possession is cheaper than the item you wish to exchange with, we will send you a payment link for the
settlement of the difference. Upon confirmation of payment, we will notify you of a return agreement for the return of your equipment.
If the item in your possession is more expensive than the item you want to trade with, we will refund the difference upon receipt of the
your equipment.
Before proceeding with the exchange, we will first ask you to put the product and all its accessories in their original packaging, attach your purchase invoice to identify it with our logistics department and protect it all with plastic film or in a cardboard suitable to prevent any damage related to the transport. When returning equipment at your own expense, risk and risk, we leave it to you to choose the transport company that suits you, or to drop the package in your own hands.
Upon receipt of the material, our team will check that it is functional, without aesthetic defects and therefore conforms to the exchange and, if necessary,
prepare the materials to be returned.
