High definition reference monitor

The ST6 range is the new arrival of FOCAL which inherits the same design as the SM6 range. This series reproduces and improves the functionality and performance that had made the success of the SOLO6 Be, TWIN6 Be and SUB6 models. The ST6 range includes 3 new models; sOLO6, TWIN6 and SUB12 that will meet the needs of the most demanding musicians and sound professionals.

The TWIN6 is a 2.5-lane monitoring enclosure with a high level of transparency, a high level of definition, a retranscription of the exceptional dynamics and a precision of the sound scene without equivalent. The Focus mode full-range, not present in the TWIN6 Be is now installed in the TWIN6 model and allows to configure its two-way enclosure a full range for increased flexibility and to highlight the sweet spot during mixing sessions.

With an elegant and modern design, the TWIN6 keeps the reverse dome Beryllium tweeter with a protective grid and the two 6.5" composite "W" membrane woofers. In addition, the Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) patented Focal technology reduces distortion by 50% in the range of frequencies from 1 kHz to 3 kHz, a high-pass filter, a deburable automatic warning mode and a 160 Hz filter designed for reflections due to close surfaces.
