A new version to taste the day
In 2021 Yamaha introduced the MSP3A, which now replaces the multi-purpose MSP3 reference enclosure. With a simpler and more elegant design, it offers many interesting developments.
With a built-in amplification of 22W, the MSP3A provides a faithful sound rendering and has many front-accessible settings. Its design with several hanging points makes it compatible with a variety of optional supports. This is the ideal choice for small studios and post-production installations, for monitoring electronic instruments and surround systems.
A quality sound in compact format
With a 10 cm (4") serious speaker with a newly developed "Twisted Flare Port" and a 2.2 cm (0.87") tweeter, the MSP3A also has an optimized amplifier for loudspeakers in order to provide a clear and natural reference sound, and all this in a case weighing only 3.6 kg, making the speaker portable and comfortable.
The design of the slightly helicoidal rear vent diffuses the vortex of air generated around its ends creating a steady stream of air and reducing parasites noise for clear and precise bass. Finally, enjoy equalization and input volume settings on the front face for greater versatility.
