The Audient iD48 is the brand's new flagship audio interface, designed to meet the requirements of the finest sound producers and engineers. Larger, more efficient and more versatile than ever before, the iD48 incorporates eight micro preamps Audient Console offering up to 68 dB gain, ultra-low background noise and light analog heat that gives character to your recordings. The range iD dAudient is recognized for its approach to audio quality and ease of use. This is being pushed by the innovative technology of routing of switchable inserts, a first at Audient. This feature allows you to select the input source of the CDA for each channel: you can choose between the built-in microphone preamp or an output of your DAW, all without disconnecting any cable. In addition returns of inserts allow to bypass the internal preamps in order to use external preamps, thus providing an ultra-clean and direct conversion path.

Thought to adapt to complex configurations, iD48 has ADAT and SPDIF connections which allow to extend your set-up up to 24 inputs and 24 outputs. It also proposes 8 symmetrical inserts via D-Sub, perfect to integrate your favorite analog effects before digital conversion. On monitoring, the iD48 shines with independent helmet outputs, main and secondary speaker outputs, as well as a function innovative talkback, using a USB microphone or built-in computer to communicate easily with artists in session.
