The Scarlett 18i20 (4th generation) focusrite is a uSB audio interface designed for professional project studios and multitrack recording configurations. With 18 inputs and 20 outputs, of which: eight ultra-transparent micro preamps and two Hi-Z instrument inputs, it allows to record voices, guitars, batteries and synthesizers with exceptional fidelity. Sound Air Mode with Presence and Harmonic Drive adds character to sound catch by reproducing the heat of analog consoles. Advanced management of auto Gain and Clip Safe prevents accidental saturation, guaranteeing fluid and controlled recording.

Wide connectivity and total flexibility

With his aDAT, S/PDIF and Word Clock ports, the Scarlett 18i20 easily integrates into evolutionary configurations, allowing to add up to 10 additional inputs and outputs. Sound advanced monitoring includes a integrated micro talkback switching A/B of enclosures and two independent helmet outputs, ideal for collaborative studio work. The focusrite Control 2 software, available on PC, Mac, iOS and Android, offers total remote control, facilitating signal routing and managing helmet mixing.

With advanced digital processing and 24-bit/192 kHz converters, the interface guarantees a dynamic range of 122 dB, providing sound clarity and precision comparable to high-end studio equipment.
