The Avantone Pro CK-7+ is the flagship model of the "Cabernet (C-series)", designed to deliver uncompromising professional studio quality. Featuring a true FET condenser circuit with transformer, it incorporates a new ultra-sensitive 34 mm 6-micron diaphragm capsule, providing full spectrum coverage and faithful sound reproduction. Its sound character stands out with full low-end, rich midrange, and smooth, detailed highs without harshness.
Durability and reliability are at the core of the CK-7+ design. Its solid brass milled body and woven steel grille ensure long-lasting use, with no fragile plastic parts. The 16-point “Retro-style” shockmount provides superior isolation from vibrations, eliminating any unwanted low-frequency resonance. The 80 Hz high-pass filter and -10 dB pad maintain a clear and controlled signal, even under demanding recording conditions.
With its three-position polar pattern selector (cardioid, omnidirectional, and bidirectional), optimized signal-to-noise ratio, and ability to handle up to 139 dB SPL, the CK-7+ stands out as an extremely versatile and affordable studio microphone. Whether for vocals, acoustic instruments, or ambient recording, it is a serious alternative to classic standards, at an accessible price.
