Compactness and flexibility

The Showtec Polar Wash 740 is a powerful yet compact LED wash mobile projector with a zoom effect and LED ring. Its ingenious design makes it a perfect choice for both indoor and outdoor events. Don't be fooled by its size, as its 7 RVBL LEDs of 40 watts each are capable of producing a combined brightness of more than 4000 lumens. Thanks to the additional LED file, it reaches a color rendering index (IRC) of 85 for its white tones.

The Polar Wash 740 offers a beam range from 3.5° radius to 44° wide wash thanks to its motorized zoom. The 7 RVBL LEDs can be controlled in two separate sections: the central LED and the exterior LEDs. The LED ring around the 7 LEDs can be controlled independently, creating fascinating graphic patterns in selectable colors. You can also index, rotate and bounce these patterns according to your preferences.

With its adjustable PWM, the Polar Wash 740 is perfectly suited for tours and TV applications. Its low sound level of just over 36 dB in silent mode allows it to be used in noise sensitive environments. The projector can be controlled via DMX/RDM. With an IP65 rating, it can be used in the most difficult environments. Despite a weight of 9.8 kg, it remains light and compact.
