The ADAM Audio S3H continues the legacy of the renowned S3A and S3X-H, two iconic references in professional monitoring. It incorporates two 7" Hexacone ELE™ woofers, each driven by a 500 W Class-D amplifier, delivering powerful and controlled low-frequency reproduction down to 30 Hz. The 4" DCH midrange driver, built around a hybrid dome/cone architecture, ensures exceptionally readable reproduction of critical frequencies between 250 Hz and 3 kHz, with outstanding dynamics.
High frequencies are handled by the S-ART tweeter, handcrafted in Berlin, paired with the latest-generation HPS waveguide. This combination guarantees controlled dispersion, an expanded sweet spot and a three-dimensional sound image with exceptional transparency.
The internal DSP optimizes the crossovers, provides an advanced equalizer and includes the legendary S3A preset, allowing you to emulate the iconic S3A curve. It also manages the AES3 digital input, the tweeter protection limiter, future expansion options and firmware updates via the USB port. Altogether, the S3H is a high-end mid-field monitor capable of operating without a subwoofer in demanding mixing and mastering environments.
