The DDJ-REV5 controller offers a dynamic scratching experience thanks to its great reactive and reliable jogs, accompanied by screens displaying the reading position. The MAGVEL FADER ensures exceptional precision for fluid scratches. Its Scratch type layout combines horizontal time cursors with Performance Pads and FX palettes, simulating platinum configuration + mixing table for total open-format freedom.
Stems dedicated buttons allow to create mash-ups and remixes in real time by isolating, cutting or adjusting the volume of the distinct elements of a piece. The new Auto BPM Transition feature facilitates transitions between different musical genres to various tempos, while the Piano Play mode provides an intuitive approach to musical performances using pads as a keyboard. Multiple inputs and outputs include 2 USB-C ports for a smooth transition between DJs and a master XLR output.
The DDJ-REV5 is plug-and-play compatible with Serato DJ Pro and Rekordbox, allowing to mix immediately without need of license key or subscription. In addition, the Combo Pad mode allows you to simultaneously use two different Pad modes for various options such as Hot Cue Roll, Saved Loop and Sampler. With all these integrations, the DDJ-REV5 offers a range of advanced features for DJs, ranging from precise scratch to fluid transitions, to intuitive musical performances.
