The QSC LS118 is a next-generation active subwoofer designed to deliver an exceptional audio experience, impressive power output and simplified deployment thanks to system intelligence and premium components. It is equally suited for portable plug-and-play setups, networked AV installations, and demanding live production environments.
Featuring ALP (Acoustic Linear Phase) design, it ensures perfect coherence when used with LA108 and LA112 active line array loudspeakers, providing a consistent response throughout the venue—even in large-scale systems. Daisy-chain connectivity supports analog audio, networked digital audio (Dante) and AC power (PowerCON TRUE1).
When using two or more LS118 units, a cardioid configuration can be created, maximizing forward low-frequency output while drastically reducing energy on the sides and rear. The DEEP™ mode ensures extreme low-frequency extension for the most demanding applications.
Compatible with LA108 / LA112 line array systems, the LS118 can be deployed in ground-stack, flown (using an array frame), or M20 pole-mount configurations, in either vertical or horizontal orientation, providing maximum flexibility in the field.
