Neumann on stage

The KMS 104 plus is a studio-quality microphone voice for use on stage. Its precisely designed capacitor capsule offers a sound quality signed Neumann, combined with all the virtues of a robust stage microphone: Excellent protection against pops, low handling noise, high acoustic pressure capacity and high larsen resistance thanks to its narrow cardioid pattern.

The sound studio for the audience

Unlike conventional stage microphones that use dynamic capsules, the KMS 104 plus is equipped with a real capacitor capsule offering superior clarity comparable to what Neumann can bring in studio, worldwide. Its frequency response is softer than dynamic microphones, and offers a very airy high spectrum. With all this, the KMS 104 plus offers intelligibility and clarity on stage.

What distinguishes him

The KMS 104 plus is optimized for taking its closeness: a fixed down filter compensates for the proximity effect and ensures clarity in the bass. Compared to KMS 104, the KMS 104 plus puts more emphasis on the lower register (100 - 150 Hz), thus giving more chest and heat to those who might seem too light alec the KMS 104. This version is therefore particularly popular with female voices.
