The vintage sound reinvented
In the world of studio microphones, the numbers of the sound professionals are associated with models that raise the enthusiasm of the sound professionals.
The TLM 67 captures the spirit of the brand's classic U 67, which defined the sound of the 1960s. But instead of electronic tubes, the TLM 67 is based on a FET base with a reworked sound design for a sublime retro sound. Like its predecessor, the TLM 67 is ideal and versatile in studio with its three directivities, its pad and its low cut.
The retro alternative for young people
Introduced in 1960, the U 67 offered a very linear frequency response, 3 directivities (omni / cardioid / figure of 8) and new features for the new shots of his close friend of the time.
The vintage originals are now at the price of collection microphones, out of reach of young engineers and musicians. The TLM 67 offers an alternative at an attractive price. In addition, the TLM 67 uses the same K67 capsule (used especially in U 87) and the same elegant design as its predecessor.
Unique Character
Its micro-tube character in the middle of the spectrum makes TLM 67 an excellent choice for voice and speech, adding a unique and colourful texture to this application.
Thanks to his essentially linear frequency response, he will also do a remarkable job of capturing a wide range of instruments, such as acoustic and electric guitars, piano, percussive instruments, in overhead, for orchestral sounds, and much more.
