The DPA 6060-OC-U-B90 is a 3 mm subminiature omnidirectional lavalier microphone from the 6060 CORE series. Despite its extremely small size, it delivers audio quality comparable to DPA’s world-renowned 5 mm miniature capsules. Compact, discreet, robust and highly performant, it is ideal for demanding professional environments such as film production, television, interviews, theatre, livestreaming and live events.
The 6060 series incorporates miniaturized CORE by DPA technology, ensuring minimal distortion, extended dynamic range and outstanding clarity—from whisper-quiet dialogue to high-energy performance. With a diameter of only 3 mm, the 6060 maintains a very low self-noise (26 dB(A)), impressive SPL handling and a natural, detailed frequency response.
Built for extreme durability, the 6060 features a stainless steel capsule and grid with PVD coating, advanced protection against moisture and dust, a Kevlar-reinforced cable and IP58 certification. The removable soft-boost grid can be cleaned easily and securely clicks into place with a distinctive locking “snap”.
