The SHAPE 40 is the most compact and affordable monitor in the Focal Professional range. Its size to frequency response ratio in the bass ensures excellent versatility. It ensures ultra-realistic voicing, while providing optimal acoustic integration in a small room. Its design makes it possible to listen as far as 60 cm, even in the most unfavorable configurations. The SHAPE 40 is the ideal tool for home studios and post-production. It will also find its place in the larger studios as the second monitoring system.


Listening to SHAPE 40 translates Focal know-how in the development and manufacture of loudspeakers and acoustic speakers. The sound scene is wide, deep and precise for a total control of the work performed. The overall dynamic offers a total control of signal compression. The intelligibility of transients ensures the retranscription of all micro-information. Finally, neutrality and tonal balance guarantee a remarkable transfer quality.
