New 2022 "Made in France"
The latest release of the pro range, the Evo series for "evolution" offers new features, new technologies and a new design. The Alpha 50 Evo, Alpha 65 Evo, Alpha 80 Evo and Alpha Twin Evo monitors offer versatility and performance at a competitive price in their market, as well as the Alpha series, which has been a leader in the entry-level monitoring speakers since 2014. The Alpha Twin Evo stands out for the rest of the series as it presents a 2.5-lane system and a horizontal positioning. A switch on the back of the speaker allows you to choose which speaker will reproduce the medium frequencies, depending on the placement of your speaker. Indeed, it is best to position the medium speaker inside your earpiece.
Developed for a professional mixing application in very heterogeneous environments, these monitors offer tools and technologies of great reliability to a wider audience. Equipped with a Slatefiber membrane made in France in Focal workshops, the new Alpha Evo line also stands out for its robust design.
On the sound side, excellent consistency and faithful restitution are the masterwords. For renewed performances, Focal chose the reversed dome tweeter, which was already used on the previous Alpha range, and which ensures a wide dispersion of the sound, as well as the exclusive Slatefiber membrane plebiscited for the neutrality and dynamics it offers.
Finally, the Alpha Evo monitors are also equipped with a new TRS jack 6.35 input, a switchable automatic stand-by mode and frames for a wall mount and ceiling, to offer more versatility.
