Ultraviolet EQ resumes the section of stereo equalization with very low phasing SSL FUSION and adapt it to API 500 format module, while adding two fully parametric median strips with a switchable "Focus" precision mode for greater flexibility in the processing of your signal.

This versatile equalizer is the ideal companion of g-COMP bus compressor, for frequent and dynamic sound treatment SSL legendary, allowing the integration of the other 500 modules of the series. Beyond the treatment of high and low frequencies filtered on board, Ultraviolet EQ goes even further and offers two dedicated medium frequency bands with a precise listening mode via the "Focus" switch allowing the selected band insulation by narrowing the Q setting to a minimum and increasing the gain range to ±18 dB for a surgical control of the desired frequency band.

Finally, advanced control of low frequencies via HPF/ Trim brings unparalleled flexibility when processing the bottom of the spectrum of your signal, to accentuate or tighten the band and thus sculpt your grave as you wish. The interaction with work the LF band allows to approach the boost + cut effect sought on the Pultec lamp EQ.
