The Yamaha DXS12 Mk3is the most compact model of the professional bass box series DXS MK3. Designed to offer an excellent compromise between power, portability and extension in the grave, it incorporates an exclusive speaker 12 associated with amplification Class D of 2500 W, allowing a deep, precise and extremely striking reproduction of bass.
Thanks to its design optimized band-pass, the DXS12 Mk3 effectively limits parasitic noise while maximizing efficiency in very low frequencies. It is capable of achieving a maximum sound pressure level of 132 dB SPL, offering an ideal power reserve for live applications, DJs, fixed installations or mobile systems.
On-board digital processing 96 kHz / 32 bits integrates technology D-XSUB, allowing to adapt the response in the grave according to usage (NORMAL mode or EXTENDED LF). The DSP also offers settings for extremely flexible crossover, precise phase control and mode Cardioid for optimized bass management on stage.
Designed to fit perfectly into full-range systems, including enclosures Yamaha DXR Mk3, the DXS12 Mk3 allows to build coherent, powerful and perfectly balanced systems. Its robust multiply construction with polyurethane coating ensures professional durability even under intensive conditions.
