ChamSys QuickQ Rack – 4-Universe DMX Controller for Fixed and Automated Installations
The ChamSys QuickQ Rack is a professional DMX control solution in a rackmount format, specially designed for fixed installations, architectural lighting, bars, and production studios. Compact yet powerful, it runs the same QuickQ operating system as ChamSys consoles, ensuring full compatibility and a familiar interface for remote programming and control.
With its four DMX universes and two RDM-compatible 5-pin XLR outputs, the QuickQ Rack delivers reliable, scalable lighting management even in complex environments. Its integrated Wi-Fi allows direct access and control via the QuickQ app for iOS, Android, and Windows, while the network connection provides seamless integration with ArtNet, sACN, or Pathport systems.
The QuickQ Rack features ten configurable playback buttons for instant triggering of preprogrammed lighting scenes or chases. It also supports up to four 10Scene ports, allowing the connection of forty 10Scene Wall Plates for simplified local control—perfect for venues, museums, and architectural spaces.
Fully compatible with the QuickQ Offline Editor (Windows/macOS) and MagicVis 3D visualiser, it provides advanced offline programming capabilities. The system supports MIDI, Timecode, and OSC for precise synchronization with audio, video, or automation equipment.
Designed as a compact 1U rackmount unit, the QuickQ Rack integrates easily into technical setups while remaining quiet and energy-efficient. Its Hot-Takeover mode allows any external QuickQ console to assume control instantly, ensuring uninterrupted operation during maintenance or live transitions.
