Cardioid dynamic microphone for instrument
The D40 is a dynamic microphone with a robust metal construction to allow it to withstand the hardest constraints of use on stage. Its Varimotion diaphragm directly granted in the mass by its shape and design allows the removal of acoustic resonators, thus enabling a significant improvement in performance.
The transducer is protected by a very robust braided steel grid lined with a special fabric that acts as an anti-vent screen to maximize wind noise from wind instruments and wind noise on outdoor scenes. It supports extremely high pressure levels. Its built-in micro foot adapter pivots on 135° and its standard mounting system H 440 allowing the microphone to be attached directly to the illumination crate and toms make D40 a versatile tool for drums, percussions, wind instruments, and guitar amplifier.
