Its wide frequency range captures almost all instruments; its extraordinary dynamic response captures the finest shades of air, giving them magnitude and depth. Thanks to the accuracy of its directivity, the e 614 safely reduces the sound of other instruments on stage or in studio. With its maximum level of acoustic pressure, it is specially designed for percussions and as a top-up microphone (overhead) but it supports string instruments and wood without difficulty.
