The version DPA 4099-RFP-1-201-C. is specially optimized for the cello. It includes the VC4099 clip, which allows a stable fixation on the body of the instrument without altering its resonance, as well as a XLR DAD9001 adapter for a power source 48 V Standard Ghost. This variant "Loud SPL" (red ring) supports up to 145 dB SPL, which makes it perfectly adapted to powerful instruments and dynamic scenic environments. Compact, elegant and discreet, this version offers a pure and balanced capture of the cello register, while maintaining the emblematic sound neutrality of DPA.
