The OD505 is an active dynamic voice microphone, designed primarily for the stage, although it can also demonstrate its efficiency for studio applications. Robust and elegant design, it combines all the advantages of a dynamic microphone with the tonal finesse of a condenser microphone.
It is the ideal choice for singers, podcasters or broadcasters, and transcribes a remarkably natural sound, which makes the post-recording treatment easy and helps to enhance the voice to highlight the strengths.
With the exclusive Open Acoustics technology of Austrian Audio, the OD505 offers a clean and consistent sound without resonance or unwanted coloring, all with an extended and linear spectral coverage.
