The WA-47 JR is the FET version without transformer of the original classic '47 that has been used on countless disks of the last 50 years. Dedicated to pro studio applications, home-studio, live and podcast/broadcast, the WA-47 JR offers a totally discreet signal path and 3 directivités to adapt to the capture of any source.

It incorporates a large K47 membrane capsule, manufactured in Australia and designed with the same frequency curve and response type as the vintage microphone. The low-noise and particularly discreet signal route, associated with this K47-style capsule, allows it to obtain a sound very similar to the classic '47, at a much more affordable price.

As always, Warm Audio chooses high-quality components and circuits, by selecting the elements from among the best manufacturers in the market, in order to revitalize the warm sound and character of vintage material, by modernizing its design for sound and tonal quality that exceeds anything that could be heard in this price range.
